We’d love for you to get your order as soon as possible, our courier partner is closed on public Holidays, we seek your understanding in having your orders processed on the working day .
An order confirmation number is only generated for online orders – once you’ve successfully placed your order online, you will receive an email containing details of your order you can also track your order status via orders if your order was made while signed in.
We offer standard shipping on all orders within Indonesia and International shipping. Orders are usually delivered within 1-3 business days (Indonesia) and 10-14 bussines days (International) once the order has been dispatched. All deliveries require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure you choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel.
All orders come beautifully packaged and protected by Flow Bali.
Free shipping is valid for online orders in Indonesia.
Overseas shipping will be charged depending on where you live.
Standard shipping is using JNT for Indonesia and DHL for International shipments. The price will automatically pop up while you put your favorite things on our shopping cart.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your courier job number and a track and trace link. Redirection enquiries can be organised directly with the courier.

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund at our location Flow Beauty Lab and on flowbali.com. However, you may not return items purchased online to in-store locations and vice versa. If you have any questions, please email sale@flowbali.com
